A:  The comprehensive Facility Management program that FM Solutions proposes, will review all service providers and on site FM practices, to identify and rationalise the Clubs FM costs without any loss of quality. Our transparent systems and processes have been proven over the medium and long term to be sustainable and effective in controlling costs. FM Solutions continued involvement helps sustain your gains and prevent them from slipping back.

Q:  The quality of the services provided must be maintained continually.  How does FM Solutions achieve this?

A:   FM Solutions will maintain or improve quality and service levels in all areas.  To ensure this is the case we will agree on appropriate benchmarks and performance indicators, including customer satisfaction surveys.  These industry benchmarks and performance indicators will be included in the contract documentation.
