  OH&S and Statutory Compliance    

Systems and procedures will be established to meet all statutory requirements as listed in your contract, as well as any other requirements of local authorities such as council and state governments.

You will gain a system for ensuring, recording and reporting compliance with statutory obligations.  To assist in the prevention of accidents, we carry out regular detailed risk assessments and action plans support the ongoing safe operation of the facility. You are in control!

We support you with technical and project management advice through the various stages of your facilities life – Design and Planning, Construction, Operations and Maintenance and Phase-out – providing assistance and support to achieve significant, additional savings to those outlined in this proposal. We assist you with the concept of ‘lifecycle costing’ for your building and facilities.      


 CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management)

FM Solutions will install and customise a Computer Aided Facility Management System (or CAFM) to help support the improvements we make, providing intelligent work ordering and scheduling. 

The Facility Manager will maintain your CAFM system on-site and will provide transparent reporting and ongoing technical support from our head office.   


Benchmarking & Continuous Improvements 

Key performance indicators will be established to ensure your facility is operating as efficiently as possible and the levels of quality are acceptable. 

These will be developed with you during the implementation of the facility management system. The agreed key performance indicators will be incorporated into the contract agreement. You are in control!
